The owner/chef of IL Toscano Italian Restaurant at Panglao Island, Bohol is a Caviteño who has a passion for cooking since he was young. He’s been into different jobs from seaman, caregiver, barista, and banquet waiter in Australia where his family moved from the Philippines. All of his past experiences had woven the path to where he is right now. He did finally find the niche where he needs to be, his first love to cook and serve good food not only for his family and friends but to other people as well. He became a chef in a Fine Dining Restaurant in Italy. Being a chef doesn’t make him feel on top. He is still grounded and continue his dedication by being consistent in honing his skills. He even works long hours up to 16 hours daily. Incorporating his passion, skills, and knowledge as a chef for a long time, he decided to pursue his dream to own and run his own restaurant.
That’s how “IL Toscano Italian Restaurant” was created and built in the beautiful Island of Panglao, Bohol. The menu offers a list of delicious food, namely pizza, appetizers, salads, burgers and fries, desserts, the homemade, fresh and classic pasta, and more mouthwatering Italian food. Aside from these, IL Toscano also offers customized Italian Food, in which the customer can choose what Italian dishes they wish to be served when they dine in. How awesome is that, right?
